Why does it ship empty?
Butane is a compressed flammable gas and can’t be transported by air. Standard butane canisters are sold at any hardware store, tobacco shop, or Walmart — one fill takes about 10 seconds and lasts for many uses.
How do I refill it?
Press the butane canister nozzle into the refill valve on the bottom of the torch. Hold for 5–10 seconds. Wait 2 minutes before using — this lets the fuel stabilize and prevents misfires.
Can I use it for anything other than smoking cocktails?
