Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates start from the date your order ships, not the date of purchase. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders of $50 or more (after discounts are applied, before tax). This is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. Use it to follow your package in real time. If you haven’t received tracking information within 4 business days of ordering, contact us at support@nightcask.com.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Nightcask is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, high volume periods, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, ship a replacement.

Address Errors

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch an error immediately after ordering, email us right away — we may be able to correct it before shipment.
